The heater will not start
- Ensure the heater knob is turned on and the thermostat knob turned up.
- Check the circuit to make sure it is live.
- The unit has been banged or sits on an angle activating the tip switch.
- Avoid extension cords or only use 12 gauge extension cords, maximum 50'.

The heater works for a while then stops.
- The thermostat has turned the heater off. As soon as the air surrounding the heater dissipates, it will resume.
