- Unplug when not in use or room has reached desired temperature.

Heater does not start
- Check the circuit to make sure it is live.
- Make sure the heater has adequate supply of kerosene.
- Push the reset button located on back of heater.

Heater produces a smell
- Some odor is normal. Ensure adequate ventilation.

Heater shuts down by itself
- Check for interruption of power supply.
- Ensure adequate air intake for proper combustion.
