- Ideal for grinding concrete, terrazzo, brick, stone and is also used for coatings & ceramic tile mortar removal. - Breaking up manufacturing build ups on floors.

- Creating smooth, level floors.
- Make sure unit is in a well ventilated area.
- To reduce risk of burns, do not touch engine/motor components.
- Wear dust masks and safety boots.
- Weight: 225 lbs. - Engine: 11hp Honda. - Disc RPM: 500-700.
- Tilt the unit back.
- Take applicable accessory (dyma-serts, scrap-r-tachs or stones) and insert into each of the three designated spots on the two discs with wooden wedges and hammer.
- Be careful as not to smack the actual disc or block with the hammer.
- Tilt unit upright, try to have the unit tilted as short a period as possible.
- Flip the wheels down, so that the grinder is level.
- There is a vacuum port at the back for dust control.
- On the handle there is a red button, this button stops the unit.
- On the other side of the unit is a throttle lever, push this down.
- Pull the recoil rope until the machine starts.
- Work the unit back and forth over the desired area.
- When you are finished and you want to remove the blocks from the discs be sure to use the claw on the hammer to push the blocks out.
- DO NOT bang on the blocks to remove.

Poor Performance

- Verify your using the proper accessory for your application.
- Check the accessory for any damage.
Grinder won't start
- Check the "ON/OFF" switch.
- Check that the fuel line is open.
- Check the engine oil level.
