- All online transactions are subject to the same "Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions" found on the back of all our rental agreements.

- You acknowledge that Stephenson's Rental Services will set up your designated "Administrator" on behalf of the company once this form is fully executed and returned to Stephenson's. The company agrees to be bound by the purchases and decisions made by this Administrator while using EasyLink on behalf of the company.

- You further acknowledge and agree that the appointed company representative ("Administrator") will have the authority to manage all users on behalf of the company, including the ability to set up, edit, or remove users. This includes, but is not limited to, adding other users as "Administrators" with the authority to add additional users in turn. The company accepts full responsibility for the actions of any and all users set up on EasyLink who are granted access to purchase, rent, off-rent/return, or perform other related activities on behalf of the company.

- You acknowledge and agree to manage your active users, including periodic reviews and removal of users no longer in your employment or do not have the authority to make purchases on behalf of you or your company. You assume full responsibility for all orders placed through EasyLink by your Administrator and Users.
