What is Bill 168? Bill 168 now known as Section 32 of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario OHSA) became law on June 15, 2010, and it represents a significant change in how, and to what extent, both workplace violence and workplace harassment are regulated in Ontario. It also broadens the definitions of workplace violence and places new requirements on Ontario employers. One requirement is to provide a workplace violence and harassment training program.Who should attend?
Any employee working in the province of Ontario,who needs to understand their rights and obligations to work in an environment free of violence and harassment.Details
