Bluewave Energy Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is a non-toxic, high quality and highly pure urea solution that works with SCR technology to chemically change harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from heavy-duty diesel vehicles into harmless nitrogen and water. DEF is a clear liquid, similar in appearance to water.
- Important component in keeping construction machinery operating within emission guidelines
- A combination of deionized water and urea that transform harmful nitrous oxide emissions into harmless water and nitrogen
- DEF is injected into the exhaust system (separate compartment) and never added directly to diesel fuel
- DEF is not a fuel additive, not toxic or harmful to humans or animals and is not flammable or explosive but should be handled with care to avoid unnecessary spills, contact with eyes or accidental ingestion
- It is recommended that DEF be stored between 12F and 86F but if stored below 65F, shelf life is extended to 2 years. Store DEF in a climate-controlled environment and out of direct sunlight to extend shelf life

WHEN AND HOW ONLINE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED
• Shipping available to Canadian residences only.
• Orders are shipped directly to the Canadian shipping address you have provided.
• Delivery time of the shipment will depend on which province we are shipping to, usually 1-5 business days from the time ordered.
• We ship most orders via Canpar Express standard ground but reserve the right to change courier service at any time.
• Oversize/overweight products may be shipped via Stephenson’s in-house delivery network.
• In most circumstances, shipments are scheduled to arrive Monday to Friday, usually between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm local time.
• All deliveries require a signature. If you are not at the address of delivery at the time of shipment, please follow the instructions left by the courier.
• Orders may be shipped separately due to product availability or dimensions and may arrive at different days/times.
